How long does shipping take for my order?

What is your return policy for vape products?
Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused hardware and accessories within 30 days of purchase. E-liquids and disposable vapes are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
How do I verify the authenticity of my product?
We only source directly from reputable manufacturers. Most of our hardware includes a scratch-off authenticity code on the packaging that you can verify on the manufacturer's official website.
